All about Lupton

Lupton Jr. High is located in rural Northwest Walker County on 40 acres.  Lupton’s current building was built in 1962.  Since then four additions have been built.  We have approximately 500 students Headstart/Pre-K through eighth grade.  Our faculty and staff are made up of 63 of the finest men and women you will ever meet, many of whom attended Lupton as a student.  Lupton is known for outstanding academics and firm, fair, and consistent discipline.  We are a Title I school and have approximately seventy percent free/reduced students.  We have many active community clubs and organizations, as well as, many extra-curriculars and athletics. Lupton strives for perfection while pursuing excellence.
